Candidates should possess a deep understanding of benefits administration specifically within the UK and Spain, alongside knowledge of EMEA regulations and practices. They should be comfortable managing vendor relationships, SLAs, renewals, and invoice reconciliation, and have experience supporting employees with clear and accessible answers. Familiarity with HR systems, particularly Workday, is preferred, along with an analytical mindset for supporting compensation cycles and benchmarking processes. Experience in a matrixed or global organization is also desired.
The Global Total Rewards Analyst will play a key role in delivering and evolving benefits programs in the UK and Spain, while also contributing to global Total Rewards initiatives, including compensation and project work. They will engage with stakeholders across Europe and the US, collaborating closely with People Partners, Talent Operations, and business leaders to shape the employee experience globally. This role involves supporting compensation cycles, conducting benchmarking processes, and managing vendor relationships, SLAs, renewals, and invoice reconciliation.
