The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Global Total Rewards Analyst to join our international People Team. This role is crucial in delivering and evolving our benefits programs in the UK and Spain, while also contributing to global Total Rewards initiatives, including compensation and project work. This is a unique opportunity to expand your experience across the full spectrum of Total Rewards and participate in strategic projects that shape the global employee experience.

The Team

You will be part of our globally distributed Total Rewards team, collaborating closely with People Partners, Talent Operations, and business leaders. The team is characterized by its collaborative, data-driven approach and commitment to delivering exceptional support and scalable programs. While this role is based in the UK or Spain, you will interact with stakeholders across Europe and the US.

What We’re Looking For

  • Deep understanding of benefits administration in the UK and Spain, including knowledge of EMEA regulations and practices.
  • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, SLAs, renewals, and invoice reconciliation.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder and employee support, providing clear and accurate information.
  • Comfort working with HR systems (Workday experience is a plus) and maintaining data accuracy.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to support compensation cycles and benchmarking processes.
  • Collaborative team player with a can-do attitude and a growth mindset.
  • Ability to balance operational tasks with strategic projects.
  • Excellent communication skills: transparent, honest, and supportive.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish or another European language is considered a bonus.
  • Experience in a matrixed or global organization is preferred.
