Requirements

Candidates should currently be an undergraduate or master’s degree student in Human Resources or its equivalent, ideally with prior recruitment and/or sourcing experience, and proficiency in Boolean searches. Strong analytical skills, the ability to gather and analyze information, and identifying problems through information are also required, along with the ability to adapt to cross-regional and cross-cultural work patterns.

Responsibilities

The Global Talent Sourcing Intern will collaborate with the hiring team to understand requirements, conduct market research to identify potential candidates, build talent pools, engage with candidates through various channels, generate referrals, report and analyze sourcing strategies’ effectiveness, and communicate bilingually (English / Mandarin) to stakeholders. They will also contribute to maintaining candidate pipelines across platforms and groups, informing candidates about job opportunities, and supporting the overall sourcing process.
