  • 10+ years of event, content, and show production experience
  • Experience building brand experiences and producing short form content
  • Deep understanding of translating brand needs into experiential activations or a visual story
  • Visual point of view and care about bringing things to life

  • Experience creatively developing and producing live events on small and large scale
  • Experience working with clients at top brands, including executives and event teams
  • Production experience, including understanding of staging, lighting, and branding

  • Global mindset and experience working with vendors and team members across multiple offices and timezones
  • Strong ability to influence and negotiate effectively
  • Ability to autonomously manage and scale local to global productions that deliver on business needs
  • Ability to engage stakeholders, lead the process, drive story and creative vision
  • Ability to mix creativity with strategic thinking, strong organizational and prioritization skills

Responsibilities

  • Produce live experiences (concerts, performances, events, experiential installations) for Spotify, artists, and/or brand partners for audiences of fans, industry, influencers, and press
  • Take a leading role in planning, production, and execution of live events, with attention to unique objectives
  • Build and manage production budgets and oversee event timelines, vendor relationships, approvals
  • Directly manage and support a team of vendors and freelancers across multiple executions
  • Build, manage and execute production and show schedules for each live event or content shoots
  • Demonstrate understanding of production process and work with cross-functional partners
  • Act as production expert for medium and large scale complex executions, co-owning pre-production planning, on-site execution and logistics, post-production reconciliation
  • Knowledge of best-in-class stage production (lighting, audio, production design vendors and personnel), choosing best suited for each initiative
  • Understanding of print and fabrication process for activations with vast network of partners
  • Have a creative point of view on projects, pushing boundaries for innovations, fresh concepts, elevating output
  • Develop and manage creative timelines and budgets, manage creative traffic between departments
  • Work with creative team to provide feedback and ideas to improve and elevate ideas
  • Deliver on time and within budget
  • Work with internal stakeholders to transition concept to reality
  • Navigate projects at various budget points, negotiate with vendors, creatively approach events to deliver high standard at any budget
