Requirements

  • Experience in global downstream marketing strategies for medical devices, particularly in vascular or coronary products like Drug-Eluting Stents (DES) and Orbital Atherectomy Systems
  • Ability to develop and implement promotional campaigns, communication plans, and product messaging in competitive markets
  • Knowledge of coordinating with Advertising & Promotion, Clinical Affairs, and Marketing Communications teams for compliant, evidence-based claims
  • Proficiency in planning and executing multi-channel marketing programs and campaigns on digital platforms
  • Expertise in product lifecycle management (LCM), including performance analysis, improvements, launch to sunsetting
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with regional marketing, sales, Commercial Excellence, and other teams
  • Capability to engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), conduct field visits, gather market insights, and support sales enablement, training, and conferences
  • Ability to analyze market share performance and adjust tactics

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute global downstream marketing strategies for DES and orbital atherectomy products
  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns, communication plans, and product messaging to differentiate Abbott technologies
  • Coordinate with Advertising & Promotion and Clinical Affairs teams for compliant, evidence-based claims and messaging
  • Collaborate with Marketing Communications on messaging, branding, and external communications
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing programs and campaigns on digital platforms
  • Lead product lifecycle initiatives, analyze performance, manage improvements, and shepherd products from launch to sunsetting
  • Partner cross-functionally to execute LCM plans and develop business cases for strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams for global alignment on strategies and tools
  • Support field sales with enablement tools, training content, customer-facing assets, and conference deliverables
  • Coordinate with Commercial Excellence to assess market share and adjust tactics
  • Participate in regional meetings, tradeshows, field visits, customer interactions, and KOL engagement to drive adoption and gather insights
