Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in MR imaging, including roles such as MR technologist, clinical researcher, product development specialist, or clinical sales expert
  • Proven ability to independently operate MR systems and produce clinically exceptional images
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing technical marketing strategies that influence decision-making and support business growth
  • Recognized leadership capabilities, including coaching and mentoring technical teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including Executive Leadership inside and outside GE HealthCare
  • Expert-level proficiency in GE HealthCare MR systems and advanced visualization software
  • Deep understanding of global customer workflows, clinical practices, and competitive landscape

Responsibilities

  • Independently design and implement clinical marketing strategies for assigned customer segments or regions, aligning clinical insights with business objectives to drive growth across the MR franchise
  • Act as a global MR authority, providing deep clinical and technical insights to internal teams and external stakeholders; influence product development and commercialization through expert-level knowledge of MR imaging and advanced visualization technologies
  • Mentor and coach a team of clinical marketing professionals; foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning to ensure delivery of world-class clinical evidence and marketing content
  • Serve as the voice of the customer for assigned population, translating clinical trends, workflow preferences, and regional nuances into actionable marketing strategies and product positioning
  • Partner with product management, engineering, commercial teams, and global marketing to ensure alignment of clinical evidence with product value propositions; present findings and strategies to senior leadership with clarity and impact
  • Drive the development of new clinical evidence that substantiates product claims and differentiates GE HealthCare MR solutions in the market; ensure compliance with GE HealthCare’s QMS and regulatory standards during research and non-research scanning activities
