Requirements

Candidates should possess proven program management experience, preferably in vendor finance or sales operations, along with strong team leadership skills, including experience managing remote teams. A deep understanding of financing principles, deal structuring, cash flow, and sales cycles is required, alongside expertise in financial partner management, reporting, and forecasting. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is necessary, and an MBA or PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

As Program Lead, Vendor Finance, the individual will strategically lead Motive’s efforts at the intersection of Finance, Sales, and Lending Partners, owning the Vendor Finance (VF) program to enable customer financing and accelerate business cash flow. They will lead a 15+ member team managing daily VF deal operations, driving initiatives for deal efficiency, new financing solutions, and strong GTM/lender relationships to achieve sales objectives and key cash generation targets. The role involves managing lender account partnerships, providing accurate VF cash collection forecasts, delivering insightful program performance commentary, and fostering cross-functional collaboration with Sales leadership, Finance teams, Legal, and other partners. Strategic projects, such as SFDC process improvements and policy refinement, will be led to enhance program efficiency and impact.
