Requirements

Candidates typically require 5 to 7 years of global marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic marketing plan creation, and experience developing multi-tactic campaigns for multi-region execution utilizing digital marketing, field marketing (event experience is a must), and Account Based Marketing techniques. Experience in developing marketing plans both to and through channel ecosystem partners is also required, along with strong writing, presentation, and communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

The Global Marketing Strategist will develop and lead the execution of global marketing strategy and experiences to promote Citrix targeting both partner ecosystem audiences and targeted end customers, managing the full marketing mix to recruit, enable, and grow IT partners and develop net new business through global demand generation programs. They will collaborate with global and regional marketing teams and stakeholders, monitor global campaign KPIs and results, analyze campaign effectiveness, own the global Citrix marketing budget to deliver ROI, and manage regional marketing campaign budget requests, ensuring plans align with global frameworks and business plans.
