Requirements

Responsibilities

The Sr. Manager, Customer Advocacy & Growth Initiatives will drive strategic customer engagement programs, supporting executive engagement with customers through meetings, events, and field visits. They will cascade customer insights to the field, partner with the global Sales team to identify key customer wins, and create concise presentations and written communications. This role involves daily management of field visits, creating metrics templates, maintaining forms and briefs, and providing program management support across the Office of Customer Advocacy & Insights, facilitating workflows, and sourcing data to inform business decisions.
