Requirements

  • +4 years of demonstrable marketing experience, ideally within a global technology or high-growth B2C brand, with experience in managing multi-market campaigns
  • Strong relationship builder and communicator, with the ability to foster relationships with international markets and enjoy working with a wide network of stakeholders
  • Proven expertise in leading end-to-end programme management within a large-scale global matrix organisation
  • Strong track record of success in developing global playbooks or toolkits and coordinating their effective localisation and execution across different regions
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the confidence and gravitas required to engage and align senior global stakeholders and cross-functional partners
  • Strong commercial and analytical acumen; comfortable conducting performance tracking, interpreting multi-market data, and translating analysis into actionable insights

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation, project management and rollout of local activation playbooks across all business verticals
  • Facilitate multi-market engagement, including running meetings with international markets to align strategies and gather feedback
  • Own the execution of local activation playbooks, leading engagement of internal stakeholders across media, promo and creative teams
  • Programme manage rollout and handover of local activation playbook across all relevant markets and channels ensuring timely delivery and cross-functional alignment
  • Serve as the main point of contact for local activation playbook inquiries on these projects, linking regional teams with appropriate global functional stakeholders
  • Support the 2x global senior marketing leads with global campaign projects when required
  • Develop measurement frameworks for local markets to help bring more consistent understanding of the impact of the local execution of global campaigns
  • Conduct Post-Campaign Analysis (PCA) and seasonal wash-ups to capture key learnings, evaluate success metrics, and recommend improvements for future Local Activation Playbooks
  • Lead the collation of performance data and provide strategic recommendations to leadership on the effectiveness of global initiatives
  • Develop strong relationships with local markets, having empathy and understanding with local market teams, able to listen to and understand nuanced market needs as well as communicating and engaging teams with global initiatives and propositions effectively
