Proven experience in leadership, managing large-scale global delivery operations
Strong transformation skills, with a track record of driving organisational change and process optimisation
Deep technology expertise in infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise solutions
Strategic mindset with the ability to influence at executive levels and align operational activities to business objectives
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and influence stakeholders globally
Extensive experience in service delivery models, lifecycle management, and operational best practices within the IT services industry
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant IT discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering) or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Define and execute the global delivery strategy for the Technology Tower, ensuring alignment with HPE’s business objectives
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, contributing to strategic planning and long-term growth initiatives
Lead and inspire a global team of ~100 technical professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous learning
Design and implement strategies to build the right technical skills and capabilities aligned with evolving customer and technology needs
Oversee end-to-end technical delivery of Complete Care and GreenLake Flex contracts, ensuring adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and customer success methodology
Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across delivery processes, meeting cost of delivery and Total Customer Experience (TCE) targets
Champion transformation initiatives to modernise delivery models, optimise resource utilisation, and enhance scalability
Introduce innovative practices and tools to improve service delivery and customer experience
Leverage deep technical knowledge to guide solution design and delivery strategies across infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise technologies
Stay ahead of emerging technologies to ensure the team remains future-ready
