Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in creative direction, preferably within a professional services or financial services environment. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage and inspire creative teams across multiple locations.
The Global Creative Director will oversee the end-to-end creative production output for the client’s global Creative Studio services, spanning a distributed delivery team across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. This includes leading and inspiring creative teams, building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, identifying new creative opportunities, ensuring alignment with client strategies, and providing creative consultation. The role also involves managing complex projects, monitoring progress, maintaining quality standards, and guiding team members on brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
