Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 10 years of experience in art direction, visual design, or creative leadership roles, with a strong portfolio demonstrating digital design, branding, and UX/UI projects. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva is required. Experience in the tech industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Creative Consultant will define and drive the creative vision for Smarsh’s brand across digital and experiential platforms, deliver a modular design system, collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to produce high-quality creative assets, provide strategic guidance on visual storytelling, branding, and user experience, and ensure all creative outputs reflect Smarsh’s brand values and message. They will also advise on best practices in digital design, branding, and UX/UI, review and approve creative assets, mentor design resources, manage project timelines and budgets, and balance the creative needs of Smarsh’s business units.
