As a GAC Engagement Manager - Reporting and Insights Lead, you will be responsible for owning the collection, analysis, and visualization of program data to demonstrate value, developing and maintaining dashboards to showcase key engagement metrics, collaborating with the GAC team to define success metrics, tracking customer interactions within Dynamics, managing GAC engagements with a focus on capturing measurable outcomes, coordinating schedules between GAC members and customers, and preparing data reports and value narratives for executive audiences.
