Familiarity with internal systems like Dynamics is also beneficial.
As a GAC Engagement Manager - Reporting and Insights Lead, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing program data to demonstrate value, develop and maintain dashboards showcasing key engagement metrics, collaborate with the GAC team to define success metrics, track and report on customer interactions, manage GAC engagements, coordinate schedules, and prepare data-backed reports for executive meetings. You will also proactively identify data-driven insights and storytelling opportunities, and ensure data integrity across internal systems.
