Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, and have at least 8 years of experience in data management and analytics, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Strong experience with data warehousing, data lakehouse architectures, and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure Synapse) is required. Demonstrated expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance principles is essential. Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Cognos is also necessary.

Responsibilities

As the Senior Manager of Data Services, you will be responsible for defining and driving the overall strategy, delivery, and operation of enterprise data services, ensuring the organization can effectively leverage its data assets for actionable insights and data-driven decision-making. This includes managing the enterprise data platform, ensuring data quality and governance adherence, transforming data, and delivering compelling visualizations, dashboards, and reports. You will lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team, fostering a robust data culture within CDK Global, and collaborating with executive leadership, business stakeholders, IT infrastructure, and data governance bodies to align data initiatives with business goals.
