Global Account Manager

Platform Science is a leading innovator in transportation and logistics technology, empowering enterprises with a connected vehicle platform. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Account Manager (GAM) to manage and service the current portfolio of global accounts. This portfolio currently generates between $10-$15 million in annual revenue, and a primary objective for this role is to service, advise, and manage named accounts from this established client base.
In addition, as the market and technology changes, the GAM will be called upon to advise and educate their portfolio members on how Platform Science can assist them in the dynamic and changing connected vehicle environment.
This is a critical, high-visibility role where you will serve as the primary strategic partner for some of Platform Science’s currently existing customers. You will be responsible for deeply understanding their business objectives, ensuring their success with our solutions, and reporting their requirements and needs to Platform Science so that Platform Science can properly service and retain their business. This position demands strong strategic thinking, exceptional relationship-building skills with executive stakeholders, creativity in expanding and deepening account relationships, and an understanding of the complex technology environment.

Fleet management solutions for large operators
Platform Science offers a configurable open platform for the transportation industry, focusing on telematics and fleet management solutions. Their products include a connected vehicle platform, mobile device management, and a fleet management portal, which help large fleet operators transition from outdated systems to more advanced technology. These tools enable fleet operators to manage mobile devices and applications, monitor operations, and ensure safety and maintenance through a single portal.
