Responsibilities

The Global Account Director - SLED West Coast will be responsible for selling and managing relationships with State and Local Government customers, focusing on the West Coast, driving revenue generation through net new and upsell/cross-sell opportunities. This includes building and maintaining relationships within acquired accounts, crafting and closing large deals with various stakeholders, utilizing ROI analysis to establish value propositions, interacting with senior-level resources, forecasting revenue accurately, acting as an ambassador for innovation, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve success.
