US citizenship and active TS/SCI clearance (open to CI Poly)
4+ years of technical experience in deploying and maintaining GIS capabilities into operations
Demonstrated experience with transitioning and maintaining software solutions with the Esri Enterprise stack in secure environments
Proficiency with Python, R, Java, JavaScript, bash
Commercial, open source, and custom application deployments and maintenance experience
Demonstrated experience with LINUX system administration and scripting
Capable of working effectively with a geographically distributed ops & development team
Communicates effectively with customers and team in written and oral forums
Willingness to work onsite 80% or as needs dictate
Degree or equivalent demonstrated experience in a technical field
4-year degree in GIS or engineering science (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support the deployment, integration, and ongoing operation of enterprise GIS tools, with a focus on Esri Enterprise and open-source technologies
Collaborate with software and systems engineers to integrate, document, and support analytic capabilities within for geospatial use case
Diagnose and resolve issues across commercial and open-source technology stack, including networking, automation workflows, and infrastructure components
Effectively communicate technical concepts to multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and collaboration across roles
