Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area
  • Demonstrated knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design
  • Experience with leading people, projects, initiatives, or leading cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to work primarily overnights (night shifts averaging 10-12 hours)
  • Frequent travel up to 1000 miles from home (80% of time, 17-21 days at a time; mileage reimbursed, overnight stays paid, but travel time not paid)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Business or related field
  • 1 year’s experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Project Management - Management Professional Certification

Responsibilities

  • Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store associates to deliver store remodels on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Motivate team to meet timelines and deliverables, encourage collaboration and teamwork, and resolve concerns from store leadership, suppliers, and associates
  • Own execution of projects in assigned stores: communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to stakeholders; understand plans and minimize impact on store operations
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for team members: listen and act on ideas/suggestions/concerns, evaluate talent, train/mentor, provide recognition, and identify career paths
  • Ensure compliance with company policies/procedures, support mission/values/ethics by implementing action plans, utilizing Open-Door Policy, and providing guidance
  • Build relationships/partnerships with stakeholders, identify business needs, and implement business solutions
