Requirements

  • Titulaire d’un BAC et jusqu’à BAC +3 ou première expérience en relation client
  • Maîtrise de l’anglais au moins à l’écrit (niveau minimum B2)
  • À l’aise avec Microsoft Office et/ou expérience avec un ERP ou un CRM
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe
  • Excellentes compétences en communication (écrite et verbale) et en relations interpersonnelles
  • Forte orientation client
  • Bonnes capacités d’écoute et flexibilité
  • Apprécie travailler dans un environnement en constante évolution
  • Comportement positif, actif et volonté d’accepter un large éventail de missions

Responsibilities

  • Traiter les demandes des clients par email ou téléphone (devis, commandes, suivi de commandes, réclamations…)
  • Orienter les clients et collaborer efficacement avec les équipes transverses pour toute demande particulière
  • Garantir une expérience client de grande qualité et constante à tous nos clients en gagnant chaque jour leur confiance et en facilitant au quotidien nos transactions
  • Collaborer et être vecteur d’amélioration continue, afin que nos process européens soient efficaces, extensibles et reproductibles
  • Faire partie d’une équipe engagée, fiable et responsable qui s’efforce à réussir du premier coup
