Responsibilities

  • Report to the Executive Vice-President responsible for sales and client experience
  • Serve as a strategic partner for clients and the business development team
  • Focus on client satisfaction and achieving Talan's commercial objectives, primarily in Canada and the United States across all industries, with potential interventions in other territories as needed
  • Analyze alignment of technological solutions with expressed stakeholder expectations
  • Propose and deploy strategies to improve adoption of Microsoft-centered solutions
  • Accompany clients actively through all phases of the relationship lifecycle
  • Organize and animate adapted training sessions to optimize use of technological solutions
