Responsibilities

  • Continuously achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets through outbound call management for existing commercial vehicle clients
  • Retain and grow current clientele by optimizing relationships with client key contacts
  • Serve as the primary commercial contact for clients in a designated sector, providing ongoing excellent customer service
  • Responsible for sales revenue from dealer groups and independent dealers via online media streams and specialized sectors, with emphasis on Carrefour Automobile products
  • Develop client accounts by proactively collecting and studying information to determine high-value sales opportunities
  • Focus on client satisfaction, revenue generation from existing clients, and long-term account objectives aligned with Trader's vision
  • Research before client interactions, conduct effective needs assessments, and design proposals tailored to client needs
  • Discuss advertising needs with clients, understand and promote Trader products/services to help achieve their business goals
  • Create needs and sell based on value, demonstrating genuine client concern to reinforce Trader's value
  • Handle all client communications, conflict resolution, deliverable compliance, and revenue assurance; resolve issues efficiently while maintaining excellent relationships
  • Proactively call existing clients to ensure revenue production and segment penetration; establish priorities and plan calls accordingly
  • Organize post-sale activities to verify that advertising solutions continue to meet client needs
  • Monitor competitor products and client reactions to support Trader's sales strategy; recommend new solutions/services by evaluating current ones and identifying unmet needs
