Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the P&L for a core lending product
  • Define and refine the overarching strategy to drive success and scalability
  • Align and manage a cross-functional team (Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Data & Analytics, Risk, Pricing, and Capital Markets) to achieve strategic goals
  • Take full ownership of the customer journey, from Origination to Servicing, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience
  • Collaborate with Affiliate/Partnerships and Marketing teams to identify, develop, and secure high-impact strategic partnerships
  • Drive profitability and manage key product KPIs such as NPS, NIM, CAC, and funnel conversion
  • Communicate short- and long-term goals while driving profitability (execute multi-year vision)
