Position Overview

As the Strategic Program Manager for the Office of the President, International, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Vision: Lead the development and execution of long-term strategic plans that align with the company’s overall mission and objectives, ensuring alignment across all business units and key stakeholders.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Oversee and synthesize insights from market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to support key initiatives, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on strategic priorities.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement best practices for strategic planning and operational processes, driving efficiency and enabling a data-driven decision-making culture.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and monitor progress of strategic initiatives, providing actionable insights and reporting to executive leadership to ensure continuous improvement and accountability.

Requirements

  • Must have strategy consulting firm experience.
  • Remote work capability in EMEA or APJ regions.
