The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or project management for a high-growth D2C brand and a proven track record managing both offline activations and digital performance. Experience running both online and offline campaigns is required.
The Marketing Lead will drive regional growth across GCC markets, primarily the UAE and Saudi Arabia, by owning the full marketing mix, performance analysis, and leadership reporting. Responsibilities include leading localization efforts, adapting communication assets for cultural and language relevance, and optimizing digital performance across various channels through creative testing and data-driven experimentation. The role involves identifying, negotiating, and activating partnerships with regional influencers, athletes, podcasts, sports clubs, and brand collaborators to build relevance and trust. Additionally, the lead will plan and execute offline activations such as product showcases, events, retail partnerships, and club pop-ups to elevate brand presence and generate high-impact product experiences. Securing and maximizing media coverage in premium regional outlets, conducting market analysis to inform positioning and campaigns, and owning marketing reporting with synthesized insights and KPI tracking are also key duties. Providing on-the-ground support for white-glove Pod installations and product onboarding for key VIP partners and ambassadors is also part of the role.
