- In last year of engineering, technical manager, or any STEM fields BSc/MSc studies, or graduated within the last 12 months
- Available for 24-40 hours/week
- English and Hungarian language skills at a level capable of communication, both written and oral
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills, systems approach, process orientation, analytical thinking, initiative, flexibility
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Open and motivated to acquire new knowledge as an engineer and manager
