Requirements

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation to completion with minimal supervision, ensuring alignment with client and business objectives
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope, develop strategic solutions, and oversee pre-trade, trade, and post-trade requirements for seamless product onboarding
Act as the client liaison, advising on priorities, balancing needs with resources, and managing project documentation to ensure effective tracking and communication
Develop in-depth knowledge of CAIS’s products and platform capabilities, staying informed about current functionalities and upcoming enhancements
Identify opportunities for process improvements, overseeing requests for automation, configuration, and technical resolutions
Support business development efforts, offering expertise during pre-sales to tailor solutions for client needs
Maintain project tracking tools and other internal and external resources (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, Airtable) to ensure deadlines are met
