Requirements

  • 3+ years of functional experience with at least one of the following HCM areas: Core HCM, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, or Benefits
  • Prior consulting experience—either within a professional services firm or as an internal consultant or SME
  • Experience implementing or supporting enterprise systems such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Spanish/English bilingual preferred
  • Ability to learn new technology quickly through structured and self-directed learning
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under pressure
  • Willingness and ability to obtain Workday Certification
  • Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end implementation of Workday’s HCM suite (such as Core HCM, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, or Benefits)
  • Translate client business requirements into functional designs and Workday configurations
  • Build and present prototype solutions to demonstrate how Workday can meet client needs
  • Apply Workday’s proven implementation methodology on every engagement
  • Contribute to the development of internal tools, templates, and accelerators that improve project delivery
  • Foster trusted relationships with customers by providing clear communication, proactive guidance, and a solutions-oriented approach
