Requirements

Responsibilities

The Fulfilment Warehouse Team Leader will manage and organize daily warehouse movement and source part timers during peak seasons. They will oversee daily inventory management and parcel movement activities, ensuring constant optimization of space and order accuracy. The role includes managing a team of warehouse staff, utilizing WMS for tracking work, monitoring accuracy during unloading and inspection of inbound goods, and liaising with Transport and other departments to improve processes. They will maintain reports on key performance indicators, evaluate team performance, and ensure adherence to health and safety policies while assisting in employee training and engagement.
