The candidate must reside permanently within California and be willing to be credentialed. Experience in clinical supervision and competence in supervised clinical practices are required, along with a willingness to maintain a clinical caseload of 10 sessions per week.
Provide clinical supervision to a minimum of six resident clinicians, including weekly group supervision and individual supervision for every 10 clinical hours. Oversee documentation, provide coaching on professional and clinical development, and collaborate with the Regional Clinical Director on performance issues. The role involves seeing clients for 10 sessions per week and ensuring compliance with state regulatory requirements for supervision.
