Requirements

Candidates must possess a High School diploma or GED, and any relevant certifications such as A+, Net+, or Microsoft certifications are beneficial. Frequent lifting of boxes weighing up to 20 pounds, occasional lifting up to 30 pounds, and on rare occasions, lifting up to 50 pounds are required. Prior credit card experience in the acquiring or issuing industries is preferred, along with proficiency in computer skills including Word, Excel, Access, and Windows-based programs. The ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is also necessary, as is the capacity to meet attendance and performance standards.

Responsibilities

The Fulfillment Representative will configure, image, and customize POS equipment, program and test credit card and POS equipment, package and ship orders, fulfill daily order supplies and equipment, receive incoming supplies, maintain inventory, identify and resolve problems, maintain knowledge of processes and procedures, perform miscellaneous duties as assigned, load and unload product shipments, wrap pallets, operate hand trucks and pallet jacks, and test, clean, and sort products for repurpose and RMA to vendors.
