1 year in a related field is required, with 3 years in food production regulatory compliance preferred. A college degree in Computer Science or Regulatory Compliance is preferred over the required high school diploma or equivalent.
Strong candidates will have experience in USDA/FDA label review, regulatory compliance, project management, and preferred certifications like PCQI, HACCP, or GS1 Labeling compliance, with the ability to exercise independent judgment on regulatory matters.
