Candidates should have proven experience as an administrative assistant or other relevant administrative support experience, a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Outlook, Teams, Visio, Word, PowerPoint), the ability to prioritize daily workload, the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, detail-oriented skills, problem-solving skills with strong decision-making abilities, professional level verbal and written communication skills, and an outgoing and eager demeanor.
The Front Desk Administrative Assistant will support the office and its employees to ensure company goals are met and operations run efficiently, assist in the scheduling of meetings as needed, screen and assist all phone inquiries, monitor parking lot to ensure compliance with company parking policies, communicate regulations, and procedures to employees and visitors, make travel arrangements such as booking flights and hotel accommodations as needed, manage reception area, ensuring appropriate assistance of all visitors and building access, sort mail daily and deliver to appropriate personnel, deliver packages as needed (FedEx, UPS and/or USPS), maintain inventory levels and place any orders for office and kitchen supplies, assist with coordinating company events, as needed, create reports, presentations, and companywide announcements, and perform other administrative tasks, as assigned, as well as assist the Facilities Manager, as needed.
