As an Engineering Manager, you will lead the Automations team, responsible for developing and maintaining automation processes within the Kustomer platform, guiding engineers from diverse backgrounds, shaping the technical vision and execution, driving engineering best practices, improving code quality, and scaling systems in collaboration with Product and other stakeholders. You will also play a hands-on role in building backend systems that enhance the Kustomer platform and automation capabilities.
