Responsibilities

  • Primary support for Senior Client Managers/Client Directors
  • Point person for day-to-day tasks and projects – create and maintain clear lines of communication with Clients and internal teams
  • Collaborate with agency teams – including Strategy, Creative, and Finance
  • Ensure work is produced on time, to brief, on budget, and to required profit margins
  • Review weekly timesheet/financial reports to ensure projects are on budget
  • Prepare and take responsibility for project billing each month, partnering with Client Directors and Finance
  • Create and manage project budgets; write cost estimates
