Responsibilities
As a Franchise Business Consultant, you will be responsible for achieving operations and business performance goals for your assigned portfolio of Franchisees, facilitating Annual Planning and Franchise Business Reviews, aligning priorities for sales, profitability, and network growth, developing coaching plans, tracking data and analytics, providing recommendations, supporting remodeling and new restaurant openings, facilitating communications between Franchisees and cross-functional partners, participating in marketing updates, coordinating training support, ensuring effective use of G&A expenses, and completing administrative functions. You will also perform evaluations on restaurants as needed and travel to consult with franchisees.
