Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of progressive finance experience. Advanced English proficiency is required, and strong Excel skills, including the ability to perform complex functions, are essential. Experience with financial systems like OBIEE, Hyperion Planning/Essbase, and SmartView is ideal, as is experience supporting other finance professionals and summarizing large amounts of information, including variances.

Responsibilities

The Financial Analyst II will support monthly and annual planning and analysis using Hyperion and Oracle applications. This role involves preparing monthly management reports, handling ad hoc revenue/cost reporting and analysis requests, and standardizing financial reporting and analysis models for efficiency. The analyst will conduct in-depth analysis of cost and headcount movements, investigate variances across systems, analyze operating results, and improve reporting accuracy, process efficiencies, and system automation while adhering to service level agreements and performance metrics.
