Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, coupled with at least 2 years of relevant FP&A experience. Required skills include budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective communication for presenting financial analysis to stakeholders. A keen interest in environmental sustainability is also desired.
The FP&A Associate will contribute to the annual operating expense budget and monthly forecasts, prepare and improve monthly cash flow forecasts, and support the creation of monthly financial reporting packages. This role involves analyzing budgeted vs. actual performance, interpreting variances, assisting with financial presentations, performing ad-hoc financial analysis in partnership with the U.S. FP&A team, developing KPIs, collaborating with the accounting team for accurate reporting, and maintaining data within the Pigment FPA tool.
