Requirements

  • Excitement to own expansion quotas and renewal outcomes for a rapidly scaling customer base
  • Ability to own relationships with customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle, especially largest and most strategic customers
  • Expertise in ensuring customers get meaningful value from Omnea from earliest stages and beyond
  • Skill in building deep, long-term relationships with customer champions to drive renewals, expansion, and upsell opportunities
  • Capability to act as a trusted advisor and partner to customers and stakeholders at all levels (from procurement managers to CFOs)
  • Experience being the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with technical and commercial teams for customer-centricity
  • Willingness to handle a mix of strategic work (advising on transformations, refining playbooks) and operational work (driving upsell/expansion, managing onboarding/deployments)
  • Focus on delivering long-term customer value and building lasting relationships with end users (Procurement/Finance/Ops) through senior management (CFOs/CIOs/COOs)

  • Drive renewals, expansion, and upsell opportunities through expertise and relationship-building
  • Become a trusted advisor and partner to customers at all levels
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, working closely with cross-functional teams
  • Support and champion US customers in their Omnea journey, doing whatever it takes
  • Engage consistently with customers from end users to senior management to build trust and champions
  • Partner with key champions to ensure customer success, including strategic advising and operational execution like upsell conversion and deployment management
