As a Founding Product Manager / Director of Product at Toku, the individual will own product development, taking full responsibility for the end-to-end development process, from ideation to execution, and leading the creation of core features that meet the needs of fintech and crypto clients. They will drive product strategy by defining the product vision and prioritizing features to address complex global employment and compensation challenges. This role involves collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, legal, compliance, and operations teams, and directly engaging with enterprise clients to gather feedback and insights, ultimately translating those into product improvements and new features. Finally, the individual will create clear product documentation and user guides to ensure a seamless user experience for customers.
