Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in sales at an early-stage B2B SaaS company. Experience selling a technical early-stage product is preferred. Strong communication skills are required to engage both technical and non-technical audiences, and candidates must be detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
The Founding Account Executive will be responsible for managing all inbound leads, generating pipeline, and closing deals end-to-end. They will work closely with founders and the operations team to identify leads, understand customer pain points, and negotiate contract terms. Additionally, they will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams to prioritize the customer roadmap and onboard strategic customers.
