Responsibilities

  • Direct department personnel to meet department goals and objectives, communicating with store management and supervisors
  • Select, onboard, and coach new team members
  • Schedule all team members
  • Provide product information, offer selling suggestions, and conduct active sampling, expressing gratitude to guests
  • Take guest orders and ensure timely and satisfactory order completion
  • Ensure department personnel adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines and company policies
  • Order products and supplies to maintain adequate stock levels and merchandising standards
  • Gauges of Responsibility: Meeting department’s goals and objectives, communicating directly with the store management and department supervisors
