Responsibilities

The Food Production Supervisor will direct employees and plant floor activities to achieve consistent high-quality products, ensuring compliance with all Federal, State, and Company regulatory requirements. They will also enforce safety and sanitation rules, maintain positive employee relations through evaluation and training, track employee work performance and attendance, utilize metrics to improve work processes, and plan and establish work schedules while collaborating with other supervisors and cross-functional teams.
