Requirements
- 2-4 years in BD, partnerships, or sales at a fintech, loyalty program, or marketplace company
- Track record of closing deals and hitting revenue targets
- Strong commercial instincts - understand unit economics and structure win-win deals
- Scrappy executor who can move fast with minimal oversight
Responsibilities
- Source, negotiate, and close partnerships across travel, delivery, retail, fintech, and lifestyle categories
- Structure revenue share and commission deals that hit margin targets while scaling $FLY earning opportunities
- Maintain partnership P&L—track contribution margins, redemption costs, and breakage across partner tiers
- Build relationships with platforms that enable Blackbird to quickly implement and scale as we mutually grow
- Develop scalable partnership playbooks and deal frameworks as we grow
- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing and finance to integrate and launch partners quickly
