The Floating Leasing and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for performing day-to-day lead management, conducting local outreach and business networking, and planning and hosting marketing events. They will also manage application paperwork, move-in planning, lease renewals, and convert leads to leases, while providing outstanding customer service to residents and clients. Additionally, the role involves maintaining budgeted occupancy, managing administrative projects, updating advertisements, overseeing the marketing document library, and maintaining relationships with local businesses and brokers.
