Responsibilities

Support and fulfill specific contractual commitments profitably in equipment management, production optimization, safety, sustainability, and financial performance
Work directly with customer and Cat Dealer executive management, plant management, and equipment operators
Manage the dealer partnership to assure strong relations and profitable dealer results
Lead customer engagements and provide matrix leadership for contract execution
Achieve alignment of various parties within Caterpillar, dealer, and customer organizations
Partner with dealer personnel to direct day-to-day activities related to contractual commitments at each site
Deliver on all areas of contractual commitments using complete understanding of Caterpillar and dealer capabilities
Utilize deep subject matter expertise in equipment management, production optimization, safety, sustainability, and financial structuring to provide vision and drive execution
Provide and apply solutions to problems in a customer-working environment
Work with Caterpillar Product Groups and internal business units to ensure understanding of technical and operational capabilities of equipment, technologies, and services
Create innovative value-added capabilities to improve site operations, grow profitability, and reduce risk
