  • Background in operations/blue-collar management, ideally in fleet management, logistics, or urban mobility
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (like subcontractors or third-party logistics providers)
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and the capacity to interpret data effectively
  • Ability to take ownership, make data-driven decisions, and work independently
  • Excellent leadership skills, with a focus on team development and performance management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage multiple stakeholders
  • Composed under pressure with excellent time management skills and the ability to navigate challenges successfully
  • Fluency in English and Polish

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party logistics providers and local vendors
  • Manage, train, and develop employees
  • Monitor, analyze, and respond to operational performance (KPIs) for both street operations and warehouse repairs
  • Plan and optimize logistics operations, ensuring vehicles are well-positioned and maintained
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, conduct regular audits, and implement continuous improvements to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
