Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, or Finance, along with 6+ years of direct Zuora billing system administration experience. Experience with Salesforce and Zuora revenue/RevPro is required, and knowledge of SOX control management and system development life cycle is preferred. Strong Excel skills are also necessary for data analysis and validation.

Responsibilities

The Financial Systems Manager will support all Zuora or related financial system changes, including design documentation, implementation testing, and preparation of supporting testing documentation. They will participate in technical discussions, define requirements for cross-functional projects, provide expertise in design, development, and deployment using custom Zuora workflows and build custom reports for cross-functional teams. The role involves Zuora system administration tasks, creating process flow documentation and assisting with user training, partnering with a data team for reporting guidance, and providing API guidance to developers. Additionally, the manager will support 3rd party financial applications interacting with Zuora, manage daily helpdesk tickets, troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, ensure operational excellence, and communicate regularly with internal customers and senior management regarding status and risks.
