Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field, and a minimum of 4 years of experience in financial business analysis. Experience with Oracle PBCS, Essbase/Smartview, and Smart View is required, along with preferred experience in financial processes such as financial close, forecasting, and budgeting. Experience with NetSuite, Workday, and Workday Adaptive Planning (Adaptive Insights) is also preferred.
The Financial Systems Administrator will assume full responsibility for the overall architecture, security, and standards of all Oracle planning products used by the Finance Department, including setting up, monitoring, and closing PBCS for each forecast, budget, and month-end cycle. They will design, implement, and maintain third-party software connections and integrations to PBCS and NetSuite, identify application inefficiencies, generate solutions, and implement improvements. The role also involves investigating ERP data mapping issues, conducting routine maintenance, providing user support and troubleshooting, delivering global user training on Oracle PBCS, Smart View, and Solution 7, creating and maintaining financial system documentation, managing change management and release processes, providing quality and timely communication regarding system status, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Oracle PBCS, Smartview and Solution 7 functionality.
