Requirements

Candidates should possess experience managing budgeting and forecasting for G&A teams, demonstrating a strong grasp of expense management, including variance analysis and reporting. Familiarity with headcount forecasting and reconciliation, particularly with Workday and Adaptive Planning, is preferred. Responsibilities

As a Financial Analyst, the individual will collaborate closely with G&A leaders to manage operating expenses, forecast budgets, and deliver actionable insights that guide high-impact decisions. They will support monthly closes, build forecasts, and refine board and executive reporting, working cross-functionally with partners in Accounting, Talent Acquisition, and Corporate FP&A. The role involves actively managing actuals integrations and structural planning elements, and ensuring data accuracy through system reconciliation.
